Trustee Cook became a resident of Orchard City six years ago. He attended high school and Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. He now lives in the community of Austin with his wife, CJ Dotts.

Trustee Cook currently owns and operates three Orchard City businesses all located in of Eckert: The Shop Automotive & Tire, Route 65 Burgers & Fries, and L & M Pick N Pull.

Mel enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family.
