Final accounting has named Ken Volgamore the new mayor for Orchard City. The Board of Trustees has added three new names: Dick Kirkpatrick, Gynee Thomassen and Thomas H. Huerkamp. Craig Fuller is a current Trustee and will be returning for a second term. Trustee Bob Eckels has two more years before his term is up.
