Trustee Kirkpatrick was elected to a second four-year term in April 2020.  He has been a resident of the Town of Orchard City for fourteen years and is a graduate of Delta High School.

As a former business owner, Mr. Kirkpatrick brings over forty years of experience in construction, water and wastewater construction, management, design and development, consultation, budgeting and cost analysis leadership to Orchard City town management.

He has served as a volunteer and board of director member for the Abraham Connection Homeless Shelter in Delta and Raising Hope Thrift Store.  Mr. Kirkpatrick actively serves on the Grand Mesa Resort Company Board, Delta County Ambulance Board, Orchard City Irrigation District, Butte Ditch, Cory Cemetery, and represents the Town of Orchard City on the Leon Lake Company Board.

Trustee Kirkpatrick serves on the Town of Orchard City's Finance, Water and Personnel Committees.
