Water Bill Payment Assistance

Do you know of someone who needs help paying a large or delinquent water bill?  Would you like to help?  The Town of Orchard City and The Big "E" Market have a couple solutions for you.

You are welcome to come to Town Hall anytime and make an anonymous payment on a water account.  Rest assured that we will keep the information confidential.  Also, please be advised that even though we can process an anonymous payment, we cannot release any information on the account to anyone other than the person named on the account.

If you would like to make a donation to help with customers who have had water leaks and cannot afford to pay their bills, you may stop in at the Big "E" Market. Lisa Espinoza has been kind enough to take on the task of setting up a fund to assist local citizens.  The Town thanks and congratulates Lisa and everyone who has contributed to the "leak" fund.
