Trustee Kirkpatrick was first elected in April 2016 and was re-elected in April 2020 to another four year term.  He has been a resident of the Town of Orchard City for over fourteen years and is a graduate of Delta High School.

As a former business owner, Mr. Kirkpatrick brings more than forty years of experience in construction, water and wastewater construction, management, design and development, consultation, budgeting and cost analysis leadership to Orchard City town management.

He is active as a volunteer and board of director member for the Abraham Connection Homeless Shelter in Delta, Raising Hope Thrift Store and Grand Mesa Resort Company.

Trustee Kirkpatrick serves on the Town of Orchard City's Finance Committee, Water Committee and Personnel Committee.
