Mayor Volgamore 2016-2020Incumbent Mayor Ken Volgamore, serving as Trustee since 2014, was first elected Mayor in 2016, and is now running for a second term.  A 22 year resident of Orchard City, he owns and operates Volgamore Construction Company.  After 20 years, he is now retired from the Volunteer Fire Department.  As a Trustee, Ken previously served as Mayor Pro-Tem, also serving on the Finance, Firehouse and Road Committees, the Delta County Housing Authority, and was instrumental in building the addition onto the Firehouse Sub-Station to house the new tanker in 2014.  Mayor Ken has been actively involved in the community at many levels: as a family leader, helping local residents by providing a variety of services to meet their needs, and actively participating in community events.

Trustee Fuller 2016-2020Sitting Trustee and Mayor Pro-Tem Craig Fuller, a 26 year resident and contractor, has spent 14 of the last 18 years serving the Town of Orchard City as a Trustee.  He is a man of integrity, honest to the core, and will not make any promises that he cannot keep.  Trustee Fuller is a faithful family man; married 35 years with 8 children, several who are college graduates.  He is owner and operator of Kingdom Construction and is a very hard worker.  He has been very involved in the Surface Creek Youth Sports program for a number of years, especially the soccer program.  Craig and his family are active participants in community events at numerous levels.  In the past, Trustee Fuller has served on the Park, Road and Finance Committees and the Surface Creek Planning, as well as the Delta County Housing Authority.  He has, also, served several years on the Planning Commission.  Currently serving on the Park Committee and the Road Committee, he is confident that as Mayor he will serve the Town of Orchard City very well.

Jan 2020

Jan’s love affair with Orchard City began nearly 35 years ago when she and her family came here to visit good friends. Prior to retirement, Jan worked 36 years in the paper and packaging industry where, starting as an inventory clerk, she worked her way up to a senior executive position. Over the many years while Jan took on increased responsibilities, she learned to take those responsibilities very seriously. She was ultimately responsible for the health, safety, general and financial well-being of her coworkers, employees as well as shareholders.

Because Jan believes in giving back to the community, she’s been dedicated to doing just that. She has served as an Orchard City Trustee as well as serving as Mayor Pro-Tem under Don Suppes. Jan has served on the water committee and was blessed to work closely with Jimmie Boyd who provided a wealth of knowledge and resources for her to learn more about water. While serving on the Town’s water committee, Jan worked hard to protect the Town’s water resources for its citizens. She attended hundreds of hours of educational training to help her understand the law, culture and practicality of our water systems.

Jan also served on the finance committee, planning committee, park committee and personnel committee. In addition, she served as a member of HopeWest Hospice Delta Advisory Board and as Orchard City Women’s Club President.

Jan believes in Orchard City and is dedicated to helping ensure the well-being of all Orchard City citizens and families.
