Utility billing is done monthly. The water meters are read the last three business days of every month. All rates are set by resolution.If you need help in understanding your bill, don't hesitate to contact Town Hall.

If you have a leak please notify the Town immediately!

If you would like to have your tenant receive the water bill, please complete a Tenant Agreement Form and return it to the Town Hall.

Important Information About the Tenant Agreement
The landlord is ultimately responsible for any unpaid water for the rented property.

The Town does not pursue collections on any level for unpaid services with a renter, ONLY the owner of the property. The landlord is notified of all delinquent amounts on the account including up to termination of service. The Town will not read in the middle of a billing cycle and will not issue any final bills for renters.
